Private Reformer Sessions take place in our dedicated Private Apparatus Suite, equipped with Balanced Body Studio Reformers, Cadillac Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel. Every 55-minute appointment is tailored entirely to your unique biomechanics, movement history, and personal goals.

Comprehensive Postural & Rehabilitation Support

Your initial private session includes a comprehensive postural and movement assessment. Ideal for post-rehabilitation clearance, prenatal and postpartum programming, scoliosis management, or athletes seeking sport-specific rotational and core conditioning.

STUDIO ARRIVAL & PREPARATION

What to Expect Before Stepping on the Carriage

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session for personal spring calibration and posture alignment check-in. Certified grip socks are required for all Reformer sessions (available at the studio reception desk). Chilled electrolyte water, cold-pressed eucalyptus towels, and private changing suites are complimentary.
